The service mechanic must be able to do necessary repairs to the equipment Cropac sells and services. These repairs are to be done safely and in a cost efficient manner for the company.
A key requirement of this role is interacting with service management before, during, and after completion of a job so as to be part of the problem-solving process, this will also help increase the incumbent’s level of competence and experience. The service mechanic will have the opportunity to expand his/her knowledge by attending company sponsored training.
