Bill Finkle
President
Bill has been working in the crane industry since high school and today is the current owner of Cropac Equipment. Since graduating University in 1992 with an Honours Commerce degree, Bill along with his late father Bill Finkle Sr., has been instrumental in shaping Cropac Equipment into the full service, multiple branch, crane dealership it is today.
Jacques Beaudoin
General Manager
Jacques has been working in the Heavy Equipment industry since graduating University in 1989 and has experience with both the manufacturing segment and in equipment distribution. He is involved in sales, operational management and strategic directions of the company.
Harry Vande Kuyt
Director of Crane Care
Harry is involved with our service and parts departments by facilitating existing programs and investigating new opportunities. His 40 years experience is a major resource to our Product Support departments and he is available as a direct link to the customer all in the name of improving upon customer satisfaction.
Stan Paikin
Sales Representative
Stan has been involved in the crane industry for over 40 years with an emphasis in hydraulic cranes. Stan has been with Cropac Equipment for 11 years following being the principal of his own crane distribution company. Stan’s efforts are focused on the clients in the Golden Horseshoe and eastern Ontario.
Joel Hunt
Sales Representative
Joel began selling cranes in 1993 and has been with the Cropac Team since 2004. Because of his crane knowledge, experience and dedication to supporting the customer, Joel has fostered loyal clients throughout the Greater Toronto area and Northern Ontario.
Lou Proietti
Sales Representative
Lou has been selling heavy equipment for over 20 years and has been the Taylor representative in Canada and USA for the last 15 years. His product responsibilities include the Shuttlelift mobile gantry cranes and Terex PPM reach stackers along with the Taylor, all leaders in their industries.
Patrick Tremblay
Sales Representative
Patrick has successfully been selling cranes for 8 years. He is devoted to customer satisfaction and his experience has assisted many customers to define their needs and specific requirements. Patrick has helped direct Cropac to be a supplier of choice to the Quebec marketplace.
Jean-Pierre Balekian
Sales Representative
Jean-Pierre has recently joined the Cropac Levage team. With solid experience in customer service, Jean-Pierre is anxious to apply his skills as Cropac broadens its client base in the Quebec region.
Armand Robitaille
Parts Manager
Armand has been the Parts Manager since 2000. Previously he worked in the Heavy Truck and Automotive fields for 26 years. Armand continues to build our inventories to better serve our clients needs as well as our service departments.
Mark Vande Kuyt
Service Manager
Mark entered the crane industry in 1990 and obtained his heavy duty mechanics license a few years later. He has spent many years as a field service technician and continues to update his knowledge with manufacturer courses. He has been Service Manager for Cropac since 2005.
Kim Henderson
Assistant Service Manager
Kin joined Cropac in 2004. Previously she worked 8 years as Assistant Service Manager with Canadian Tire. Kim works closely with Mark Vande Kuyt to ensure our service department runs smoothly and that our customers are taken care of like they deserve.
Lorina Walker
Office Manager Laval
Lorina brings to the Cropac team 15 years of experience in project and facilities management. Her key role will be to support the sales, parts and service departments. Reporting to Management at head office she will direct operations at the Laval branch to ensure we meet our customer’s expectations.
Colleen Higgins
Office Manager
Colleen has been with Cropac Equipment since 1986 and is the longest serving team member. She has been involved in all aspects of administration and has been directly involved with the corporation’s growth. She has experience in our service and parts systems, sales and inventories and coordinates the activities of the various departments within and with outside vendors.
